Recharge Mighty with 10-min POWER Nap

If you get too tired from whole day's work, then you should consider have a Power-nap daily, anytime during the day. Make sure you don't replace with a 6-8hrs of full night's sleep. This is going to give you an extra dose of sleep during the day.
A good nap will help you to recharge and stretch your energy throughout the rest of the day.
